Healthy lifestyle. List of songs to help you move more
Nowadays, spending most of the day sitting in a chair is part of our daily routine. As you know, it is really important to combine hours at work with exercise. You will have seen several ways of combining training routines in the gym with a healthy lifestyle: from training plans in the gym to hiking routes and running outside. There are hundreds of ways to spend a few minutes every day doing some exercise you enjoy. Now there's no excuse!
To help you start a new training plan, here are a few tips that will help you be more consistent:

  • Choose a form of exercise you like. Don't let yourself get caught up in the fashionable fitness classes. No matter how many calories you burn, if you don't enjoy it from the start, you will run out of motivation. If you go to the gym, try all the classes you want because you will prefer some classes to others.

  • It’s also better to go with someone. Do you remember the day you didn't want to go to the gym but you eventually went because your work colleague encouraged you? Collective motivation is super important to achieve your goals, even more on those days when you feel so sluggish.

  • Choose a playlist that motivates you to train. Personally, I started my gym routine while listening to the music playing in the gym. Then I realised that I train twice as hard if I’m listening to music I like.

  • Choose some earphones designed for exercising. These types of earphones have features that are suitable for training sessions. For example, the Secure-Fit design prevents the earphones from falling out and the IPX4 standard protects again sweat and splashes

Her you hace a playlist  that will help you stay motivated in every training session . Rock, dance, pop... Every song has its moment and it's best to combine different genres depending on your training stage: start training with a standard beat, then raise it for the central part, and finally warm down with slow beats while you stretch. Would you like to add new songs to these playlists? Write your favourite songs in the comments and we’ll add them.
